The Article Marketing Secret That Internet Marketer Must Know

The Article Marketing Secret That Internet Marketer Must Know

Have you wonder how article marketing can draw your attention? You do not know why you are scanning the whole sales page.

Here is what they use to grab your attention. They have a technique that communicates to you through getting inside of your head. They sound like they know the problem, pleasure, and predicate that you are having. They use the hypnotic technique to connect to you and make you take action as they wish. But how do they do that?

Here is how they do it through writing style– Flesch-Kincaid rule.
They know exactly the audience they are going to target. They write the article for this particular audience reading level which is 7th or 8th grade level. They use the Flesch-Kincaid to gage in. If you are using Microsoft Word, you are all set to use it, except you need to configure it.

Here is how to set it up

Microsoft Word 2007

1.    Go to Review tab
2.    Click Spelling & Grammar
3.    Click Option button
4.    Select the Show Readabilities Statistic
5.    Click O.K.

Microsoft Word 2003

1.    Go to Tools
2.    Click the Option button
3.    Select the Show Readabilities Statistic
4.    Click O.K.

Here is a guideline you want to pay close attention to

1. The average sentences per paragraph between 3 and 4 sentences.
2. The average number of words per sentence is 20 words or less.
3. The readability passive sentences is zero (0).
4. Flesch-Kincaid reading ease should be about 80%.
5. Flesch-Kincaid readability grade level is between 7th and 8th grade level.
The reason they picked the reading grade that level because it follows the national statistic reading average level. So you want to target the majority audience. Otherwise, they are not going to go through your whole article and they click away from your site.

The algorithm to determine the Flesch-Kincaid grade level

1.    Calculate the average number of words you use per sentence.
2.    Calculate the average number of syllables per word.
3.    Multiply the average number of words by 0.39 and add it to the average number of syllables per word
multiplied by 11.8.
4.    Subtract 15.50 from the result. Algorithm: (0.39 * average_words_sentence) + (11.8 * average_syllables_word) – 15.9
5.    The result is the Flesch-Kincaid grade level. Like the Gunning-Fog index, it is a rough measurement of how many years of schooling it would take someone to understand the content. Negative results are reported as zero,
and numbers over twelve are reported as twelve.

The algorithm to determine the Flesch Reading Ease

1.    Calculate the average number of words you use per sentence.
2.    Calculate the average number of syllables per word.
3.    Multiply the average number of syllables per word by 84.6 and subtract it from the average number of
words multiplied by 1.015.
4.    Subtract the result from 206.835.  Algorithm: 206.835 – (1.015 * average_words_sentence) – (84.6 * average_syllables_word).

The result is an index number that rates the text on a 100-point scale. The higher the score, the easier it is to understand the document. It is recommended to aim for a score of approximately 60 to 70.

Now set up your Microsoft Word so that you can use the readability statistic__ Flesch-Kincaid grade levelArticle Search, in your next article marketing/bum marketing. Then use it as your web writing style from now on.

5 Must Have WordPress Plugins – Are You Missing One?

WordPress is arguably the most used CMS (Content Management System) online. It is partly due to its flexibility as a blog platform, and partly due to the large number of plugins and themes made by its large community of users.

/>

However, this huge choice of plugins can easily confuse a new user. Therefore, for those of you who are unsure which plugins to use, here’s a list of the top 5 must use WordPress plugins:

1. Akismet – Akismet is pre-bundled when you install WordPress. It is made by the same company that makes WordPress. Akismet is a spam blocking plugin that works very efficiently to block out spam comments.

If you run a large blog, you really need this plugin. The amount of spam doing the rounds online is tremendous. If you were to moderate these comments one by one, you would have to spend hours maintaining your blog. Akismet makes the whole process automatic and saves you countless hours of effort.

2. All in One SEO – What good is a blog if no one reads it? With All in One SEO plugin, all your in-site SEO needs will be taken care of automatically. It will create meta tags, meta descriptions, etc. on its own. If you want your blog to be found by Google or other search engines, this is a must-have plugin.

3. Google XML Sitemaps – This plugin automatically creates a sitemap of your blog to aid Google’s spiders in indexing it. Sitemaps are just what you think they mean: a map of your site. They can make it much easier for Google to find and index your site, so this plugin is a must have, regardless of the size of your blog.

4. One Click Plugin Updater – If you’re like me, you probably hate to update your plugins one-by-one. Most plugins have several updates a month, and updating them can be a real pain. One Click Plugin Updater simplifies the whole process by giving you the option to update all your plugins with a single click. A huge timesaver if you find yourself using too many plugins.

5. WordPress Database Backup – You never know when some unfortunate accident may befall your blog. Once, one very large blog of mine got hacked and consequently, I lost my entire database. I didn’t have a backup database, so I had to create everything from scratch (something that took me over 100 hours). With WordPress Database Backup, you can get it to make automatic backups and mail it to you on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

So there you have it: 5 plugins that are essential to any WordPress installation!

Top tips must be read before start any of link building campaign

Top tips must be read before start any of link building campaign

The important Tips must be read before start your link building campaign for your website such as Relevant Link,Deep Link Building,The Anchor Text,Link Building Velocity etc.

The most important top five tips for building quality links to your website as below:

Tip 1: Get Relevant Link
The first thing you must do when you begin your quest to build links to your website is find relevant websites that will link to you.
How I classify a relevant link is this: the page where your link will appear either mentions your keyword or a keyword phase.
As of right now, it does not appear that search engines are using relevancy in their ranking algorithms but, they soon will.

Here are some more reasons to start relevant links building:
1. You may actually receive traffic from those links if they are related to the theme of the website they are on.
2. In the future, these links will be viewed by the search engines as more valuable and will make your web pages appear more relevant for your target search terms.

Tip 2: Deep Link Building

Deep links are links to deeper pages of your site. Most people will aggressively build links only to their homepage … but this is definitely not the most natural looking linking profile.
Instead, I would recommend you split you inbound links between your home page and your deeper pages.

Here is some of benefits.
This will result in your site getting deeply spider which in turn will cause the search engines to find and index more pages faster.
You will also start to notice that your deeper pages will begin to rank better for their target keyword or keyword phase.
I believe if you do this on newly launched sites you can keep yourself out of the “Google sandbox.”

Tip 3: The Anchor Text

many people go out and get 1,000 links all with the exact same anchor text. The problem is that this would not occur naturally.
In order to appear natural you need to ensure you build links using a variety of anchor text.
I would recommend you use your top target keywords as anchor text using some variations with other keyword phrases.
Also, put in some “…mydomain.com” and some “click here” this will ensure your links look natural.
In fact, you should come up with a list of anchor text variations that you can rotate through for each of your website’s pages.
This will ensure your link portfolio looks as natural as possible to the search engines.

Tip 4: Unique IP Addresses

Non Natural Linking from single IP address
Every website is assigned to an IP address. An IP address can also be thought of as the equivalent of a street address or a phone number for a computer or other network device on the Internet.
Just as each street address and phone number uniquely identifies a building or telephone, an IP address can uniquely identify a specific server or a website.
Here is an example IP Address:
132.356.689.000
A Block: 132
B Block: 356
C Block: 689
D Block: 000

Natural Linking from various IP Addresses
When building your links you want to ensure you get links from a variety of IP sources, this will ensure you have the most natural looking back link portfolio.
This may sound like a simple tip, but getting site wide links from a high PR website is not a good idea for this reason. You may get 1,000’s of links, but they are all from the same IP and will in short order hurt your rankings instead of improve them. This of course is mostly in Google, MSN may still give you some love.

Tip 5: Link Building Velocity

Major search engines pays attention to the speed at which you acquire your links.
This is why it is highly recommended that you build your site links slowly and at a consistent velocityComputer Technology Articles, or speed.
The reason to do this is because a site that is naturally popular will consistently gain new links just from people wanting to share what they have found.
I have personally found that building 15-20 quality links per day is a good number in the beginning.

It Specialist – Information Gathering Is A Must

IT Specialists must reach their intended audience to be successful with their marketing. As you’ll learn in this article, your first step needs to be gathering information about your niche.

/>

IT Specialists Should Study What their Niche Clients Do

For instance, to reach small medical offices, get up to speed on the business issues that impact the decision makers in these small medical offices. Get subscriptions to industry publications, e-mail newsletters, and other industry publications that you know medical office managers are going to read. For instance:

o Medical Economics
o Financial Management Strategies
o Medical Group Management Association publications

These resources happen to be all U.S.-based, but there are others. The key thing is to start reading the publications so you understand what’s keeping medical office managers up at night, what’s driving their decisions, what their biggest points of pain are, what the biggest security issues are, and what the biggest IT issues are right now so you can become an IT specialist in their field.

Learn What Solutions You Can Give Your Clients

Find out how small medical offices are using technology to change the way they do business, to get reimbursed faster by insurance companies, to make scheduling more efficient, and to keep track of charts more effectively.

Whatever industry it is (architects, graphic artists, veterinarians, etc.), make sure that you understand big picture trends that are going on right now. As an IT specialist, your prospects will expect you to be the expert.

An IT Specialist is a Virtual CIO

Then, when you go in to meet prospects, you’re not just the consulting firm that sells PCs, or installs LANs, or fixes software problems. But you’re a true virtual CIO. You can analyze their special business needs, make recommendations, create long-term planning strategies, put it all together and make it happen on-time and on-budget.

IT Specialists Are Not Commodities

When done right, you’re not just the tech people. As an IT specialist, you understand your prospect’s business. And your prospects know that they are not going to spend six months training your firm because you can hit the ground running. It will be obvious you’ve worked with lots of other offices their size and you’re definitely the right people for the job. Their only questions will be, “So where do I sign?” and “When can you start?”

Spend Time Reading Your Clients’ Trade Publications

Instead of just reading the consumer and IT trade publications to keep up from a techie perspective, make sure that you understand the business issues and specifically the business IT issues that impact the niche that you’re targeting. You won’t become an IT specialist in that industry by paying attention to general-interest publications like PC Magazine or CRN or conferences like COMDEX.

WordPress Autopost Plugins – Must In A Network Marketing Blog

The first appearance of WordPress did happen in 2003 and it has become very popular by now and is being used on thousands of websites hence. What is WordPress then? Well, it happens to be a simple open source blogging tool which is offered in two ways, either the hosted option or the free software download option. However, apart from this, WordPress brings to the fore many additional features as well and these are known as WordPress plugins. With these plugins, any individual can customize his blog to suit both the audience and the genre of his website.

/>

What is the necessity of WordPress autopost plugins then? As per experts, they are essential and the same is being felt among users these days. Network marketers do need the help of blogs since without a network marketing web presence there can’t be any development these days and if you are thinking in that way, you are living in a fool’s paradise. Time is running fast and changing as well and you have to cope with the changing reality hence.

It may be that you don’t have your website or you can’t afford any such for the moment. Don’t worry, a blog is the best and/or easiest way to go then. While on one hand it is free and comparatively easy, it is the easiest way to go on the other hand. The presence of WordPress autopost plugins will enhance the same to a great extent.

Effective network marketing blog

Effective network marketing blog has become the catchword in the marketing industry these days and lots of people are found to have more than one personal blog. Do you know their first preference? It is the same WordPress, as it is easy and versatile, one of the most popular known till now and above all, Google has a strong affinity with it. You, owing to the frequent use of WordPress autopost plugins, will be able to become determined to get traffic and on account of additional functionality, it can help you in several ways in the coming days.

All these indicate that WordPress is one of the best ways that can ensure you to have an efficient network marketing blog as you begin to build your network marketing web presence.

Time to choose your theme

It’s also the time to select your theme and you have to be wise in this context. This is also essential along with WordPress autopost plugins. Do you know when Google crawls a blog it typically reads from left to right? This is a steady fact and the only reason is if you have a sidebar on the left with links, Google reads it first every time and considers it duplicate content.

Duplicate content is not good in any way and can affect your rankings and thereby your traffic in the search engines. Hence always go for a simple, easy to navigate theme with navigation bars on the right side allowing Google to read your new posts first. This will help to make sure an effective network marketing blog containing WordPress autopost plugins.

You can autopost to WordPress from any feed like Amazon products, eBay auctions, Yahoo Answers questions and answers, YouTube videos, articles and Clickbank ads.
